9:00 am - 11:30 am; Participation in single or multiple appointments is possible.

The collegial intervision group offers experts in nicotine counseling and smoking cessation with varying degrees of experience the opportunity to exchange ideas in a protected setting in a small group of up to 4 participants under expert guidance.

Goals of the training

- Discussing your own cases and overcoming difficulties in counseling (one-off or recurring)

- Opportunity to reflect on and improve your own counseling style and role

- Mental hygiene (dealing with stressful emotions in connection with counseling, e.g. anger, frustration, helplessness ...)

- Refreshing the solution-oriented communication in direct experience and practice in the intervision
